The successful applicant will support tasks throughout the department as required including product creation, product management, digital supply, data related project work. Reporting directly to the Repertoire Operations Manager, this position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational ability and a demonstrable understanding of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel. The successful applicant will be a good communicator together with having an enthusiasm for music and a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least one years’ experience in a similar role within the music business either at a label or distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting team members with processing new releases
• Data maintenance and cleansing work
• Preparing repertoire data for migrations
• Assisting with Digital Supply Chain processes
• Assisting with the onboarding of new catalogues
• Contributing to testing new system functionality
• Report to and support the Repertoire Operations Manager

Skills & experience

• An ability to work accurately under time pressure with a good eye for detail on multiple and diverse tasks
• Knowledge of industry metadata style guides an advantage
• Experience with Digital Service Provider Content Management Systems an advantage
• An ability to communicate with all staff at the highest and lowest levels, internal and external
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook advanced knowledge of Excel
