[Integral] Group is looking for a Digital Ingestion Coordinator to join the Repertoire Operations team at their head office in London Bridge. This role will report into the Repertoire Operations Manager.
The role is focussed on co-ordinating the timely and accurate throughput of all of [Integral] Artist and Label Services digital repertoire.
The successful candidate will have at least one years’ experience in a similar role within the music business either at a label, distributor, or technical partner.
[Integral] UK is appointing a Classical Label Manager, to join the Label Services team. With a great passion for Classical Music, we are looking to appoint a Classical enthusiast who also has strong digital awareness and experience (preferably, but not essentially, with additional knowledge of wider [PIAS] labels and catalogue).
The successful candidate would have day to day contact with our North American DSPs partners. You will be working closely with digital colleagues and our repertoire partners to deliver value through best-in-class expertise to both DSPs and our labels. Ensuring good practice, delivering unique initiatives,
advising clients with innovative, creative and strategic thinking.

Reporting directly to the Head of Repertoire Operations, this is a key position within the repertoire operations team, interacting with both internal and external clients to ensure the accurate and efficient ingestion of all new release metadata. The position requires a keen attention to detail, willingness to learn, strong organizational ability, and a demonstrable understanding of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel. The successful applicant will be a good communicator together with having an enthusiasm for music and service minded.
This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to get a broad understanding of the core operations of the company and is likely to evolve to cover wider aspects of the supply chain over time in line with planned process and system enhancements. The experience gained can serve well for a potential career within the [PIAS] Group.

Established in 1982, the [PIAS] group operates across 16 offices around the globe to develop, build and leverage on local partnerships to increase exposure and routes to market for the repertoire, labels and artists we work alongside.
The Head of Digital will lead [Integral]’s North American digital services. This captures the continuous development and management of our US based DSP relationships. In addition, the role focusses on driving the value we deliver to our label and repertoire partners in providing guidance and opportunities surrounding DSP and digital campaign strategies that grow audiences and encourage repertoire discovery.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in executing consignment orders and its transport from international origins to international destinations. You will be the central point of contact for internal and external clients on transportation and logistics questions.
