Reporting directly to the Head of Repertoire Operations, this is a key position within the repertoire operations team, interacting with both internal and external clients to ensure the accurate and efficient ingestion of all new release metadata. The position requires a keen attention to detail, willingness to learn, strong organizational ability, and a demonstrable understanding of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel. [Integral] UK is appointing a Classical Label Manager, to join the Label Services team. With a great passion for Classical Music, we are looking to appoint a Classical enthusiast who is familiar with both the digital platforms and physical retail landscape.
As Label Manager, working as part of a close team with the Head of Classical, the Digital Commercial Manager and the Classical Press and Promo Manager, you will oversee the UK activities of a roster of classical music focused labels. You will act as the labels primary point of contact, working day to day in all matters relating to the release of their music physically and digitally, providing input and guidance across the overall campaign strategy for product releases. You will be liaising with our sales, manufacturing, digital and physical distribution teams to support labels in ensuring releases and product campaigns secure the best opportunities available for discovery and revenue generation.

You will play a leading role in the continuous development of [Integral]’s digital business worldwide. You'll be joining the group-wide [Integral] team to drive commercial and business development relationships with DSP and other digital partners on a global basis. With your strong management experience, you will manage colleagues in the central digital team, including Digital Channel Managers and International Digital Manager, as well as being a senior and trusted digital expert for colleagues and partners globally
Join the central [Integral] team to promote analytics tools, insight reports, and business dashboards to various users throughout the business including internal campaign managers and distributed record labels. Coordinating efforts related to user enablement around communications, engagement, and support.
You will Join the pan-group Digital team to drive the presentation and promotion of repertoire across key DSPs and territory teams. You'll advise both labels & internal campaign managers in developing international digital campaign strategies, as well as maintaining and building upon DSP partnerships and initiatives across developing markets, not least emerging markets including MENA and APAC and China.
[Integral] represents some of the world’s leading classical record labels. As part of [Integral]’s central digital team, the Digital Commercial Manager, Classical will be responsible for liaising with DSPs and classical label and repertoire partners on a global basis.
